Service terms

Using Relay.

These service terms should be read with the written quote or order that identifies the service provider, subscription, and applicable commercial terms.

Accounts and workspaces

Keep access under your control.

  • Provide accurate account details and protect your sign-in credentials.
  • You are responsible for access granted to members of your workspace and for information entered by your team.
  • Use customer setup links only for the intended implementation and share them with the intended participants.
  • Do not use Relay to request passwords, payment card numbers, or other authentication secrets from customers.

Acceptable use

Use Relay lawfully and responsibly.

Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another workspace, misuse another person’s data, or use Relay in violation of applicable law. Contact the service operator through the Contact page if you believe an account or customer link has been compromised.

Commercial terms

Confirm the written quote before purchase.

Relay is priced by quote. The quote or order must state the provider’s legal identity, price, billing period, included usage, payment method, renewal, cancellation, refund terms, and support contact. Those written terms govern the purchase.

Service boundaries

Check product fit and terms.

Relay provides the workflows described on the product pages. The service does not synchronize with external project tools. Ray is an AI-generated guide to Relay’s user-facing features; answers may be incomplete or incorrect and do not change your workspace. Your display mode and accent color are saved as account preferences. Account deletion is available in Settings; its effect on shared workspaces is shown before confirmation. No availability commitment or response-time guarantee is stated here; any such commitment must be agreed in writing.

Privacy and support

Questions or account requests.

See the Privacy page for the application’s data-handling summary. Use the Contact page for support, account-access, or data requests.

Before service begins

Review the agreement.

The service provider’s legal identity, governing law, liability terms, data-processing responsibilities, and any customer-specific requirements should be confirmed in the signed order or service agreement before use.
